Terms of Service

These terms apply when you create a Tablton account or use our services. By using Tablton, you agree to them.

What Tablton provides

Tablton provides tools for restaurants, including QR table ordering, a live staff screen, staff logins, restaurant websites and digital menus. Features described as coming soon, including the AI phone agent, aren't yet available and may change.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login details and staff PINs secure. You're responsible for activity under your account and for your staff's use of Tablton. You must be authorized to act for the restaurant you register.

Your content

You keep ownership of your menus, photos, logos and other content. You give us permission to host and display that content in order to run the service, including on your public website and menu. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use it.

Information we import for you

If you import from a link, we collect public information about your restaurant and create a draft store. Automated results can be wrong or incomplete. You must check your store, including prices and allergy information, before guests use it.

Your restaurant's responsibilities

You're responsible for your food, prices, taxes, allergy and dietary information, and for fulfilling orders. You're also responsible for your relationship with your guests and for following the laws that apply to your business.

Subscription and billing

Tablton is a paid subscription, billed monthly or yearly in advance at the price shown when you subscribe. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. If a payment fails and can't be collected, your website and ordering may be paused until your plan is restarted. We'll tell you before we change our prices.

Acceptable use

You may not use Tablton for anything unlawful, attempt to break or overload the service, access another restaurant's data, or upload harmful or misleading content.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Tablton running, but we don't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove features, and we'll update these terms when needed. Continuing to use Tablton after a change means you accept the new terms.

Ending your account

You can stop using Tablton at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Disclaimer and liability

Tablton is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost orders.
